At Blend Coffee, we carefully roast and prepare every order to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Payment Method

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across all delivery zones in Egypt.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout Egypt.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the courier's service coverage.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
  • Outside Cairo & Giza: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate, including:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Complete address
  • Building number
  • Floor
  • Apartment number
  • Nearby landmark

Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or additional shipping charges.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the customer is unavailable,
  • the phone is unreachable,
  • the address is incorrect,

the courier may return the shipment.

Any return shipping fees charged by the courier may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • inspect the package before accepting it,
  • notify the courier immediately,
  • contact Blend Coffee within 24 hours with photos.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders of EGP 800 or more.

For orders below EGP 800, shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment.
